By participating in our 2020 Bark-a-Boo Costume Contest, you are helping Schomp Subaru highlight the Subaru Loves Pets Event and its focus on a cause close to our hearts: pet adoption.
A donation of $100 will be offered for each dog adopted this month through our local partner, Colorado Paws on the Ground, up to $3,100 for the 31 days in October. Paws on the Ground matches pets needing homes with people who will love them and give them forever homes.

October 20 is the deadline to submit your photo. Three finalists will be chosen by a Schomp Subaru panel and our Instagram followers will vote for the “Top Dog” on October 21. The winner will be announced on October 22, designated by Subaru as “National Make A Dog’s Day.”

For our 2020 Subaru Loves Pets initiative, Schomp Subaru has chosen to partner with a local foster-based shelter program named Paws on the Ground. Paws on the Ground is a 501c3 organization dedicated to reduction of euthanasia of shelter animals and puppy mill commerce through the promotion of adoption of rescue animals and by raising awareness around animal welfare. Subaru has given almost $25 million to support the health, rescue, transport and adoption of more than 57,000 animals.
Subaru of America, Inc. and its Retailers will donate $100 for every dog or cat adoption from partner shelters from October 1, 2020 through October 31,2020, up to $3,100 in total.
