How to Get to Express Service
We are excited to welcome you to Schomp Subaru for your Express Service. We want to make sure your experience is the best possible, and that experience starts before you get here! Upon arrival for your Express Service, make a left turn quickly after you enter our location where you will find the Express Service lanes within our North building.
The service drive for our South building is intended for appointments that have service needs beyond normal maintenance. When you find the Subaru Express Service signage, you know you, and your Subaru are in the right place.
HERE IS WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR SERVICE VISIT
- You will be assigned a Subaru Express Advisor to take you through the process to confirm all repairs needed.
- He/She will perform a Walkaround Inspection on your vehicle to verify condition and ensure your vehicle is returned better than it came in. This will be emailed to you for your records.
- While your vehicle is being serviced our Subaru Trained Technician will perform a courtesy Multipoint Inspection to ensure your vehicle is in safe working condition. Inspected items will be rated on severity using a GREEN / YELLOW / RED scale.
- This will be followed by a short video labeled CitNOW explaining the overall health of the vehicle.
- After repairs have been completed your Subaru Express Advisor will review the completed report with you and get you back on the road.
