October is Subaru Loves Pets Month™. And as part of it, Schomp Subaru is joining Subaru’s long-standing commitment to helping shelter dogs get adopted.
This year, we’re partnering with Paws on the Ground to amplify our love of pets. As part of the Subaru Loves Pets Event, Subaru of America and its retailers will make adoption donations to partner shelters, up to $3,100 in total per dealership. It’s all part of Subaru’s ongoing Subaru Loves Pets initiative and our long-standing commitment to doing more good in the world, which has already impacted the lives of more than 250,000 pets. It’s also why Subaru is proud to always be More Than a Car Company.
Subaru will donate $100 per puppy adoption throughout October. As a special treat, Paws On The Ground will hold puppy adoption days every Wednesday in October from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Schomp Subaru North Showroom Service Lobby, where guests can cuddle and play with adoptable puppies. Even if you aren’t able to adopt, Paws On The Ground is hoping that you’ll come and help socialize these sweet babies to help them get ready for their fur-ever homes!

On October 23nd, we’re celebrating our fourth annual national make a dog’s day by showing our canine friends some extra loving! Join us on October 23rd at our Bark a Boo Event at Schomp Subaru. Where we’ll celebrate #MakeADogsDay with all of our four-legged friends and yours! Bring your pups, friends, and family to our third annual Bark A Boo Fall Festival at Schomp Subaru. We’ll have a pumpkin patch, silent auction, and Costume Contest to celebrate and give extra love to these sweet canines.
Dress your pup to impress and participate in the Bark-A-Boo costume contest. The three most decked-out dogs will win prizes. Peruse our pumpkin patch and buy a dog bandana to support Paws on the Ground Colorado.
Paws on the Ground Colorado will bring dogs and puppies looking for forever homes to Bark-A-Boo. They focus on matching animals with perfect homes.
