Subaru Scores a Triple in Kelley Blue Book’s Brand Image Awards | Schomp Subaru

Every year, the authoritative vehicle valuation and automotive research organization gathers insights from more than 12,000 new vehicle shoppers online at kbb.com. Findings are analyzed to plumb how consumers perceive various factors that help them arrive at purchasing decisions.

“More than mere transportation, new cars, trucks and SUVs are the ways that consumers can satisfy their need to get around and say something about themselves,” the awards announcement explained.

Subaru won the “Best Overall Brand” for the second year in a row. Kelley Blue Book praised Subaru for redesigning its vehicles to be “more upscale [with] more advanced safety than ever before. Subaru has established a reputation as a company that provides standard all-wheel-drive on its SUVs and sedans, and is also known for its acclaimed EyeSight suite of driver assists.”

That goes hand-in-hand with Subaru’s “Most Trusted Brand” award, which it has won seven times. “For decades, Subaru has shown its solid commitment to safety and all-wheel drive as cornerstones for the brand,” according to Kelley Blue Book. Subaru has been singularly successful in sharing the message with drivers. Here in the Rocky Mountains, safety and all-wheel drive are very important.

But…where does “Best Performance Brand” come in – for the second year in a row, no less?
